Construction Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager based in Maryville, TN, with a salary starting at $25 per hour, dependent on experience. The role involves overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring effective communication with clients, and handling daily administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects to completion.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between the company and customers to ensure project alignment.
• Travel within surrounding counties to inspect and supervise project sites.
• Gather project requirements, clarify scopes, and schedule estimates or site visits as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues arising at job sites promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects.
• Background in remodeling and residential construction is mandatory.
• Experience in fire and water restoration is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong multitasking capabilities to handle overlapping responsibilities.

Work Schedule

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
