About the Role

This position supports the organization’s accounting-related tasks, including maintaining records and reporting on both cost and financial accounts in compliance with statutory regulations and audit standards. The role also emphasizes supporting and enhancing the service culture, continuously improving processes, and adhering strictly to the company’s work policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Execute all operational duties related to Food & Beverage (F&B) Service while upholding established service standards and protocols.
Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor and deliver service with a genuine smile whenever possible.
Mitigate customer complaints proactively and ensure effective service recovery as needed.
Communicate proactively with team members (termed Ambassadors), always prioritizing the guest’s experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Possess a sincere service-oriented personality coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Have completed at least a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a closely related discipline is preferred.
Bring 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hospitality environment.
