About the Location

The Red Sea is set to become one of the region’s leading luxury beach destinations. Stretching across 200 km of coastline on the western side of Saudi Arabia between Umluj and Al Wajh, it includes pristine islands and lagoons. The new Four Seasons Resort will be based on Shura Island, the development’s central hub, and will be surrounded by a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle venues, retail spaces, an 18-hole golf course, and more.

The destination is being developed with sustainability at its core. Planning is guided by marine spatial modeling to reduce environmental impact and avoid over-tourism, while still delivering a premium travel and lifestyle experience. Renewable energy will support the project, and only a limited portion of the islands will be developed, leaving large conservation areas protected. The resort is expected to include around 149 rooms and suites with uninterrupted sea views, six dining and lounge venues, meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery centre, a Kids for All Seasons area, and more. Guests will also have access to a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults, along with opportunities for relaxation, water sports, and reef exploration.

Role Overview

The Concierge Agent is responsible for handling a broad range of guest requests by understanding needs and preferences accurately, suggesting personalized options, and adding thoughtful details that elevate the guest experience. All service must align with Four Seasons standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests with care and accuracy while identifying what each guest needs and prefers.
• Provide tailored recommendations and thoughtful touches that enhance overall satisfaction.
• Maintain service delivery in line with brand standards and internal procedures.
• Build strong guest relationships through warm, responsive, and attentive communication.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of prior experience in Front Office or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience using Opera PMS is considered an advantage.
• Ability to establish rapport and connect easily with guests.
• Bilingual candidates with luxury hospitality experience are preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.
• A collaborative attitude and a strong service orientation are important.
• Very good attention to detail and the ability to perform well in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A clear criminal record is required.
• Training on the job will be provided.

This position requires flexibility for different shifts, including weekends and holidays. The employer provides on-the-job training, and candidates should have a clean criminal record. The role is based onsite at the Red Sea location in Saudi Arabia.
