Job Overview

Seeking a Computer Hardware Technician with over 2 years of experience to deliver on-site IT assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and fundamental server setups across Bengaluru. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, responding to customer calls, and ensuring problems are resolved within defined turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware devices including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Handle basic server hardware environments and support OS/software installations and configurations.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and maintain effective communication.
• Travel within Bengaluru using personal two-wheeler for field assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT hardware support, particularly in field settings.
• Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with OS and software installation and configuration.
• Understanding of networking components and basic server support.
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
• Fluency in Kannada is essential; knowledge of English and Hindi is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
