Role overview
This position is with an established specialist recruitment business known for its strong standing in the Irish market. The role is centered on research, sourcing, and candidate coordination, with direct support to senior Partners working on financial services searches.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sourcing cycle for active vacancies, using professional networks, LinkedIn, databases, job boards, and AI-assisted research to locate and assess suitable candidates.
- Carry out structured screening conversations to evaluate candidate background, motivation, and immediate availability.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date so the hiring process remains transparent and easy to track.
- Handle CV sharing, interview scheduling, and client feedback in a professional and organized way.
- Nurture existing talent communities so they remain engaged and ready for future hiring needs.
Experience and skills needed
- Background in a recruitment agency is required, with financial services sourcing experience preferred.
- Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, along with comfort using AI tools and research platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the business well in client interactions.
- Excellent organization and the capacity to manage several live roles in a busy, Partner-led setting.
- A naturally inquisitive, independent approach to work.
