About the Company

Assort Health is a rapidly expanding healthcare AI company focused on removing friction from patient communication. Its omnichannel agents support calls, texts, and chats end to end, integrating with EHR and PMS systems and adapting to provider preferences so patients can access care more efficiently. Since launching its voice AI in 2023, the company says it has managed more than 170 million patient interactions across roughly 8,000 providers, reduced average hold times from 11 minutes to 1, and built a specialty healthcare voice dataset covering 62K care protocols and 1.6M decision pathways. The company also states it has grown from 15 people in 2025 to 170 today, with revenue increasing 15x over the last 15 months. It has raised over $100M at a $700M valuation and has been recognized on the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 and the Forbes Cloud 100.

About the Role

This role is for a proactive, organized, and detail-focused Community Manager to help run Assort’s new New York City office. • Manage seating, shared areas, and workplace planning, while partnering with leadership on future growth and layout changes.
  • Work with the Talent team to schedule interviews, coordinate onsite activity, and support the new hire onboarding process.
  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and candidates, provide office tours, and ensure a strong in-office experience.
  • Work from the office five days a week, generally from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility to stay later when needed.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You’ll have strong ownership over how the office operates.
  • The compensation package includes market pay, equity, and performance-based bonuses.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a gym stipend, and flexible PTO.
  • You’ll join a collaborative, low-ego team that values speed, accountability, and impact for patients.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive pay with employee stock options.
  • Annual budget for professional growth and learning opportunities.
  • Stipend for setting up your office workspace.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Meals and snacks, including lunch, dinner, and snack breaks.
  • Monthly fitness reimbursement.
  • Commuter support for eligible transportation costs.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
