About the Role

We are hiring a Community Manager to help design, launch, and grow digital communities for a set of mission-driven platforms. This role is based in Indore and reports to the Cofounder. The work will focus on building active, useful, and well-organized communities for job seekers, entrepreneurs, and citizens who want to report civic issues.

Platforms You Will Support

  • RareCV.com / zeroinontalent.com: a precision hiring and hiring-simulation platform.
  • QrisQros.com: a platform that helps entrepreneurs become investment-ready and scale effectively.
  • Eyescount.com: a social platform that uses visual AI to strengthen communities, built from the private community platform Letusync.com.

What You Will Do

You will manage community growth, member engagement, content, communications, automation, and reporting using the company’s internal software stack. The role combines hands-on execution with strategy, content editing, and product feedback.

Community Building and Growth

  • Design and launch online communities that are active and valuable to members.
  • Create engagement plans that encourage discussion, networking, and knowledge exchange.
  • Plan and run member acquisition initiatives.
  • Measure community health through surveys and page-building tools.

Content and Knowledge Management

  • Write, curate, and publish useful articles and resources.
  • Use searchable.com to help identify, structure, and create content.
  • Organize community knowledge so that it is easy to find, navigate, and use.
  • Handle newsletter creation and delivery end to end.

Marketing Automation and Member Lifecycle

  • Use MarqueHub to build email automations, segment members, and manage the journey from lead to active community member.
  • Create landing pages with the internal page builder for sign-ups and event registrations.
  • Run surveys and feedback flows to capture member insights, NPS, and product feedback.

Analytics and Collaboration

  • Track community metrics such as active usage, retention, and member sentiment.
  • Act as an internal power user by sharing practical feedback with the product team to improve the tools and roadmap.

Tools and Systems

The role will involve daily use of Letusync.com for private community management, MarqueHub for automation, the company CRM, Searchable.com for content work, and the in-house page builder and survey tools for web presence and data collection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The right person is execution-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, and able to turn complex ideas into clear, searchable, easy-to-read content. A strong interest in how people connect and collaborate, along with a self-driven working style, is important.

Experience

The company is looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in community management, content marketing, or digital growth. Prior use of CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems is expected. Experience in B2B SaaS or Urban Governance/Tech is a strong advantage.
