About the Role

SEEN Group is looking for a Communications Coordinator to support client communication activity across the agency. This position plays an important part in helping the team deliver communication plans for assigned clients, keeping press office operations running smoothly, and improving day-to-day efficiency. The role calls for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a busy mix of coordination and administrative work.

Client Service and Account Support

  • Assist the account lead and wider team with timely follow-through on account actions and administrative tasks to support strong client service.
  • Prepare client coverage reports and regular coverage updates.
  • Keep account administration accurate, organised, and well maintained, including client-facing materials such as reports and coverage trackers, plus internal files like inventory trackers, management trackers, and structured server folders.
  • Draft meeting agendas for the account team so client calls are well organised and focused on key topics.
  • Record minutes for client meetings and calls and share them back with the account team.

Communication, Press, and Team Coordination

  • Use strong written and verbal communication skills to support press office proposals and contribute to client updates and presentations during calls and meetings.
  • Handle press and influencer mailers and seeding programmes to a high standard.
  • Help maintain the agency media contact list on a daily basis, including updates based on editorial changes and industry news.
  • Build and keep current external supplier and vendor lists that are inclusive, relevant, and cost-effective.
  • Work with senior team members on identifying earned and paid influencer opportunities and reviewing content.
  • Manage team expenses when needed and ensure they are submitted on time, with purchase orders raised correctly.
  • Support and oversee interns day to day by managing priorities, assigning workloads each week, and guiding them through tasks.
  • Act as a reliable internal point of support across SEEN, helping senior team members with SEEN-related tasks.
  • Share relevant articles with the wider team to help maintain beauty knowledge and keep the team informed.
  • Contribute to the social team by sharing client news and content opportunities that could be used across SEEN’s channels.
