Job description
Overview
This position is for an experienced IT Change & Communications Lead who can shape communications across enterprise technology, cyber security, operations, and transformation work. The role focuses on turning complex technical activity into clear, business-friendly messaging that supports leadership decisions, keeps the organisation informed, and helps change initiatives land successfully.
The assignment is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid working pattern, with 2 to 3 days each week in the office. It is an initial 12-month contract, with pay of up to €550 per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage reporting for the CEO, executive team, Board, Audit Committee, and IT governance forums.
- Create presentations and communication materials for IT leadership meetings and company Town Halls.
- Handle communications to end users during major incidents, service outages, and IT changes.
- Support Organisational Change Management assessments and change-readiness activity across IT initiatives.
- Spot communication, adoption, and change-related risks, then track and manage them.
- Work closely with IT, Cyber Security, PMO, Corporate Communications, and external partners to keep messaging aligned.
- Organise communications for both individual sites and the wider enterprise.
Requirements
- Background in IT communications, organisational change, PMO, or transformation-focused roles.
- Experience preparing reports for executive and Board audiences.
- Strong ability to work with stakeholders and communicate effectively across levels.
- Capability to explain technical topics in a simple, accessible way for different audiences.
- Prior involvement in large IT programmes such as ERP, SAP, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure is a plus.
- Familiarity with change management approaches such as Prosci or ADKAR is preferred.

Compensation
