The opportunity
Based in Hobart, Tasmania, this position focuses on producing accurate, high-quality valuation reports across a wide mix of commercial property asset classes. Work must be completed on time and aligned with the expectations of clients and lenders.
The role also calls for strong communication and commercial awareness so you can support smooth client outcomes, manage business opportunities proactively, and work toward personal annual budget goals. It is an operationally focused role that depends on building and maintaining productive relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Eligibility and requirements
- A degree in Business (Property) or an equivalent qualification.
- CPV accreditation.
- Substantial experience in residential valuations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clear, accurate reports.
- Good analytical thinking and sound judgement.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- A professional network of clients.
