Role Overview
The company is hiring a proactive, client-oriented Commercial Property Consultant to source and close leasing and sales deals in Qatar’s commercial property market. In this position, you will represent landlords, investors, and tenants, develop your own pipeline, advise clients, and work toward revenue and activity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads through networking, outbound calls, referrals, and local market outreach.
- Support clients throughout the purchase, sale, and lease process for commercial properties.
- Arrange property viewings and showcase options that match client needs.
- Handle negotiations on pricing, offers, and deal terms between clients and property owners.
- Develop strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
- Monitor commercial market movements, demand, and pricing trends in Qatar.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of clients, listings, and completed transactions.
- Meet personal targets for sales and leasing performance.
Candidate Profile
- A valid QID is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial real estate is necessary.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities are essential.
- You should have a good understanding of Qatar’s commercial property landscape.
- The role suits someone who is self-driven and comfortable working toward targets.
- A valid Qatar driving licence and access to a car are required.
- Fluency in English is required, and Arabic would be an advantage.
