- Strong people leadership background with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams across countries.
- Well-developed strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience handling budgeting, forecasting, and business planning in a complex, multi-market setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives.
- Good understanding of regulated industries such as medical devices or healthcare-related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is an advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive pay package with base salary and performance-based incentives, adjusted by country.
- Remote-first working arrangement with flexibility across the EMEA region.
- Health coverage and a broad benefits package.
