Job description

Role overview

Join a global renewable fuels leader and support commercial operations for Neste’s non-bulk renewable products team in Singapore. This position is centered on making sure commercial contracts are executed smoothly, with strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.

You will work in a fast-moving international setting where timely execution, accurate system updates, and effective communication are essential. The role also calls for flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to manage changing priorities, including situations that may require support outside standard office hours because of different time zones.

What you will do

You will coordinate planning and execution activities tied to commercial contracts, including import and export flows for raw materials and products. A key part of the role is ensuring sustainability requirements are met, while inventory quality and quantity are monitored carefully.

You will collaborate closely with business teams, land logistics procurement, finance, vendor settlement, safety, sustainability, supply chain planners, suppliers, and logistics service providers. Your work will help improve contract performance, reduce risk exposure, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Ways of working

The environment is dynamic and demands prompt action. You should be comfortable handling operational tasks, last-minute changes, and ongoing inventory management while keeping systems current and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

This role is based in the office at least three days each week to support teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. Neste emphasizes a culture built on care, courage, and cooperation, with safety as a constant priority.

What Neste offers

You will be part of an evolving global business with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work in renewable energy. The company supports personal development through varied learning and career paths and promotes flexible, smart ways of working.

Selection process

Applications are accepted until 26 Jun 2026. Submissions must be made through the company’s recruitment system; email applications will not be reviewed. The hiring process may include interviews and a possible aptitude assessment. Depending on the location and position requirements, a health examination, drug test, and/or security clearance may also be required.

Company snapshot

Neste is a leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, with production across three continents. The company’s renewable production capacity is expected to reach 6.8 million tons per year in 2027. It also produces oil products at its Porvoo refinery in Finland and operates nearly 1,000 fuel stations in Finland and the Baltics. In 2025, Neste reported revenue of EUR 19.0 billion.

Requirements and preferred background

The ideal candidate should understand the oil, renewable, circular, and international commodity sectors, along with supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management, and transport modes. Strong commercial judgement, SAP and ERP experience, and practical knowledge of Incoterms are important.

You should be able to communicate proactively in English, both spoken and written, and work with accuracy, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. The role also suits someone who remains calm under pressure, adapts quickly to change, and brings a safety-first approach.

Experience with liquid storage terminals, surveyors, inspection companies, and logistics service providers such as road tanker transportation, ISO tanks, and flexibags is valuable. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business or logistics/supply chain management is preferred. Teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.

Additional information

This role requires working in an environment with demanding operational timelines and may involve out-of-office-hours availability due to global coordination needs. The position is aligned with Neste’s values and strategy, and the company seeks someone who can contribute positively to business unit and company goals.

Applicants are asked to submit their CV and application by the stated deadline through the official recruitment process only.
