Role Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Lead specializing in renewals to spearhead a strategic renewals program ensuring consistent business predictability. This role requires driving timely contract renewals, conducting comprehensive data collection, and delivering sharp insights to support vital business decisions. Handling both structured and unstructured data, you will distill critical information and provide deeper analytical perspectives.

This position involves collaboration with multiple functions including sales teams, financial planning and analysis verticals, pricing, corporate reporting, CRM management, and contract administration squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time awareness of business progression and risks to enhance predictability.
• Establish transparent visibility into renewal portfolio performance using key metrics.
• Prepare and present renewal reports tailored to leadership across various levels such as the Board, GLC, vertical heads, COOs, and sales executives.
• Equip leaders with timely insights to aid in achieving business outcomes.
• Contribute to performance management by setting and tracking renewal-related targets on quarterly and annual bases.
• Drive improvements in reporting by simplifying and standardizing processes.
• Address complexities in data collection by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to find simplification methods.
• Devise strategies for transforming manual reports through automation and pilot implementation of cutting-edge operational technologies.
• Assist with execution of other data-driven projects critical for informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Analytics.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Proven expertise in reporting and analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
