  • Coordinate project schedules and monitor key milestones to guarantee smooth implementation of complex changes without interrupting sales activities.
  • Collaborate extensively with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to handle interdependencies effectively.
  • Establish commercial success metrics and KPIs to evaluate the transformation’s effect on business results and revenues.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks or conflicts over resources, proposing structured remedies to leadership.
  • Manage the intake process for ad hoc change requests originating from other departments impacting the commercial team.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a higher education qualification, preferably in Business Management, Project Management, or akin disciplines.
  • Bring over three years of practical experience in commercial project or change management, ideally within dynamic sales-driven environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential for coordinating change initiatives across the organization.
  • Strong expertise in project management techniques for tracking and ensuring timely business initiative delivery.
  • Proven interpersonal aptitude to gather feedback promptly and address field resistance effectively.
  • Business insight to directly relate transformation milestones to profit & loss impacts and revenue objectives.

Recruitment Process

  • Initial discussion with Talent Acquisition to explore background and aspirations (30-45 minutes).
  • Interview with future manager covering experience and role-specific elements (45-60 minutes).
  • Case study assessing project planning and process optimization capabilities.
  • Final discussion with executive leadership to align with Malt’s strategic vision.

Employee Benefits & Work Environment

  • Comprehensive onboarding week in Paris introducing company culture, offerings, and team.
  • Flexible hybrid working model: three days in the office, two remote workdays.
  • Generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days per year.
  • Paid one-month sabbatical after three years of tenure.
  • Eligibility for stock options as an employee.
  • Private healthcare coverage with wellness rewards via UK provider Bupa.
  • Cycle to work scheme for discounts on bicycles and related equipment.
  • Season ticket loan assistance to reduce public transportation costs.
  • Company pension contribution of 5% through Aviva.
  • Dog-friendly office space located in central London.
