Job description
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving market revenue, strengthening client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales function. The position focuses on winning business through value-led selling, rather than competing on price alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of revenue goals by generating new business, meeting prospective clients, and converting opportunities into closed deals with a persuasive value-based sales approach.
- Manage the sales pipeline with discipline by monitoring coverage, maintaining pipeline quality, and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Run consistent follow-up routines with the sales team on a daily and weekly basis, while actively supporting lead generation, client meetings, and deal closure on the ground.
- Provide client servicing and domain guidance across POSM, retail production, agency/studio work, design, activation, events, and exhibitions, using strong category knowledge to advise clients and secure business.
- Build the sales team by hiring, coaching, training, and developing team members, while keeping individuals aligned with their targets as well as overall team objectives.
- Collaborate closely with factory/production, design, and finance teams across the group to ensure every commitment made to clients is feasible and commercially profitable.
Qualifications & Experience
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, along with 8–10 years of experience in commercial or sales leadership. Prior exposure to POSM, branding, retail production, or advertising is expected, together with a demonstrated track record of managing sales teams successfully.
