About the role
This position is for an experienced commercial butcher who brings a practical, can-do approach and a strong focus on customer service. The working pattern is any 5 days out of 7, including weekends, and the schedule is fully flexible.
What you should bring
You should have solid hands-on experience in butchery, with sound knowledge of product selection, meat cutting, and preparation techniques. Strong customer service ability, good organisation, clear communication, and an understanding of stock control processes and procedures are also important.
Your main duties
You will work closely with customers, build strong working relationships, understand their business needs, and prepare orders to match their requirements. You will also need to follow health, safety, and legal standards at all times.
