Role overview

This position focuses on building and sustaining strategic relationships with important healthcare customers such as hospitals, medical institutions, and other care providers. The role is aimed at expanding sales, increasing market share, and supporting the effective commercial rollout of Aspen Healthcare products across the assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute tailored account plans for the assigned key customers, making sure they support the wider business goals.
  • Develop trusted relationships with major stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, procurement leaders, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Accelerate revenue growth by spotting opportunities, generating leads, and widening product uptake within the assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team on go-to-market actions, promotional activities, and product launch execution.
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities in the account base through market research, competitor analysis, and identification of partnership or expansion possibilities.
  • Prepare strategic plans that define targets, actions, and timelines to grow sales and improve market share.
  • Track account performance, market movements, and competitor activity to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a dependable advisor to stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing product information, training, and day-to-day support.
  • Partner with internal teams such as sales, marketing, medical affairs, market access, and supply chain to keep account strategies aligned.
  • Coordinate educational initiatives, value-added services, and promotional efforts for the accounts.
  • Collect market intelligence from key accounts and share insights that can help refine product strategy, positioning, and customer solutions.

Education and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Pharmacy is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in OTC, dermatology, or women’s health.
