Job description

About the role

This position is for quantitative professionals who want to help improve AI systems. You will work with advanced AI models on assignments that involve reviewing AI-produced quantitative analysis, solving technical tasks, and sharing feedback that helps shape how these models handle data, mathematical reasoning, and scientific questions.

The work is suitable for people from fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or other quantitative disciplines. If you are used to thinking carefully about data, models, and evidence, your background can fit this role well. Some people take on this work alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus.

To begin, you will create an account and complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will be released on the platform.

What the contract offers

  • Freedom to select the projects you want and decide when to work on them.
  • Ability to complete tasks on your own time, using your own computer from home.
  • Hourly pay starting at USD 50 to USD 100+, with some assignments offering bonus rates.

Responsibilities

Your core work will include reviewing and improving AI systems in quantitative domains.

  • Check AI-generated quantitative outputs for accuracy and practical validity, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based conclusions.
  • Create and solve quantitative problems that help train and evaluate AI models in areas such as forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
  • Prepare concise technical explanations and maintain clear, well-structured analytical code.
  • Share feedback that influences the development of AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative job or research setting, for example in data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
  • Basic coding ability is required, along with the ability to write and review analytical code from start to finish.
  • Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
  • Strong English communication skills at a native or bilingual level, including excellent writing ability.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred; a master’s degree or PhD is an added advantage.
  • Additional proof of expertise is beneficial, such as a Kaggle ranking, AWS/GCP ML certification, or a similar credential.
