CNC Programmer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to operate and manage CNC machines such as CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, or other machining centers at our facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including turning, milling, and vertical machining centers.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
• Load raw materials and tools onto machines to prepare for production runs.
• Continuously monitor machine performance and implement minor adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Measure and inspect completed parts using precision tools like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
• Ensure all components comply with quality standards and specified tolerances.
• Maintain detailed production logs and inspection documentation.
• Conduct routine cleaning of machines and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Alert the supervisor promptly about any machine issues or production disruptions.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain clean work area standards.

Additional Information

This role requires dedication to maintaining high production quality and following company safety regulations. You will be responsible for all CNC machine-related operations and upkeep.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between 18,000 and 24,000 INR.
