Role overview
Jana Small Finance Bank is looking for a Cluster Head to oversee secured collections for housing-related lending in Hubballi.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recovery efforts for secured loan products, especially home loans and loan against property (LAP).
- Build stronger relationships with dealers and support expansion of the business in the assigned cluster.
- Track portfolio health closely and improve collection effectiveness across the mapped area.
- Coordinate and maintain productive working relationships with branch staff assigned to the cluster.
Candidate profile
- The ideal applicant should bring 5 to 6 years of experience in secured collections, specifically in housing loans and LAP.
- Prior experience in managing a team is required.
- The role involves handling 3 to 5 branches.
