About the role
This position is for a healthcare and clinical evaluator who will help assess AI-generated work for a leading AI research-focused platform. The role is remote, contract-based, and designed for experienced professionals who can apply clinical judgment to improve model output quality.
Compensation is set at $80–$120 per hour.
What you will do
- Review AI-produced content using role-specific quality standards and grading rubrics.
- Spot mistakes in facts, visual presentation, and overall formatting across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write clear, well-structured feedback that helps refine future AI outputs.
- Use strong healthcare or clinical expertise to evaluate and score responses.
- Work autonomously and on a flexible schedule while meeting deadlines and contributing to model improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare or clinical work.
- Strong English fluency, either native-level or professional-level.
- Advanced comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, with particular strength in Slides.
- Preference for candidates with a master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution.
