Job description
Role Overview
IQVIA is expanding its clinical data management team and recruiting several Lead-level professionals to support both FSP and traditional sponsor-agnostic delivery setups. This role is designed for experienced data management leaders who can oversee end-to-end delivery across global clinical trials and help match their background to the most suitable project and client environment.
This is a remote work-from-home position, and the company will provide the equipment needed to perform the job.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will guide complex global studies from initial setup through database lock, ensuring that data is delivered with high quality, accuracy, and full compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients on all data management matters, while coordinating cross-functional teams to keep studies on track.
Your work will include overseeing SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation, supporting database deployment, and managing timelines, budgets, and resource plans so customer expectations are consistently met. You will also coach junior team members, encourage best practices, and look for ways to improve processes while maintaining regulatory and SOP alignment.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring deep clinical data management experience, including leadership on large global trials. The role calls for strong technical knowledge of electronic data capture systems, along with a solid grasp of GCP, ICH, and broader clinical research workflows.
What the Employer Offers
The organization offers a fully remote setup with company-provided equipment, along with competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives. Employees can also expect opportunities for growth through mentoring and internal mobility, within an inclusive international culture that values innovation and collaboration.
Hiring Process
After applying, candidates can expect an initial recruiter video conversation of about 20 minutes, followed by a hiring manager interview lasting around one hour over MS Teams. Final decisions are generally communicated within one to two weeks after the last interview.
Integrity Notice
All information provided during recruitment must be accurate and complete. Any false statement, omission, or misrepresentation may lead to disqualification from the process or termination of employment later, in line with applicable law.
Additional Information
This opportunity may cover multiple Clinical Data Management Lead openings across different teams and delivery models. Previous experience under titles such as Clinical Data Manager, Senior Clinical Data Manager, Lead Data Manager, Principal Data Manager, or Data Management Project Manager may be relevant.
The company also emphasizes its broader mission in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, focused on supporting the development and commercialization of medical treatments that can improve patient outcomes worldwide.
