Responsibilities
- Use in-depth clinical and technical expertise to provide authoritative advice and support for smooth implementation and effective use of Philips' solutions in healthcare settings.
- Communicate complex technical and clinical information clearly to diverse audiences through training, product demonstrations, and presentations highlighting Philips’ offerings.
- Analyze detailed customer requirements through consultations to design customized solutions aligned with clinical and organizational objectives.
- Customize Philips clinical applications to various healthcare environments, optimizing their configuration and usage under general supervision.
- Develop and deliver targeted educational materials tailored to clinical specialties and user roles to improve proficiency and maximize solution value.
- Collaborate closely with customers to build user skills and encourage adoption of Philips clinical technologies.
- Provide ongoing expert support to ensure successful integration and utilization of applications across healthcare facilities.
- Conduct thorough training sessions empowering end users with the knowledge to use solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Examine intricate clinical workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance patient care and operational performance.
- Produce comprehensive reports and documentation related to implementations and support activities to maintain transparency and project tracking.
- Adhere strictly to project schedules and milestones, ensuring flawless implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record all customer interactions and support actions in CRM systems and utilize analytics to drive continuous service improvements.
- Support clinical decision-making for DXR products by delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical qualification; master’s degree in sales, business, or marketing is preferred.
- At least five years of clinical experience in relevant healthcare settings.
- Possession of a Medical Radiation Use License valid in Australia or New Zealand.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up abilities.
- Strong strategic business insight combined with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated with proficient negotiation skills.
- Solid market understanding and capability to work independently.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively within team-based sales environments.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
