Overview
Habit Health is hiring two customer-focused Clinic Administrators for fixed-term assignments in Auckland. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare setting, staying organised, and delivering a smooth experience for clients and clinicians alike. It can fit an experienced administrator, receptionist, or coordinator who is comfortable supporting day-to-day clinic operations.
Available locations and fixed-term dates
- Wairau Clinic: full-time fixed-term role from 22 June 2026 to 18 August 2026.
- Fred Thomas Clinic: full-time fixed-term role from 24 July 2026 to 28 August 2026.

What the role involves
- Keeping clinician calendars organised to support efficient appointment scheduling.
- Working with ACC to raise invoices, register claims, and reconcile payments.
- Handling client payments and maintaining accurate banking records.
- Managing debtor follow-up and control processes.

Candidate profile
