The Client Support Specialist will assist clients throughout the mortgage journey, starting from initial contact to loan closing. This includes collecting required documents, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating activities among internal teams and external partners. - Attention to detail and accuracy in validating client data, preparing paperwork, and complying with internal processes.
- Ability to work constructively with cross-departmental teams within an on-site office setting.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, dedication to client advocacy, and adherence to Equal Housing Opportunity principles.
- Relevant educational background or experience in finance, business, customer service, or related disciplines; prior mortgage industry exposure is advantageous.
