Role Overview

As a Client Strategy Manager focused on mid-market accounts, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients from start to finish. This involves guiding initial use, ensuring ongoing value, securing renewals, and fostering account growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to both daily users and executive leaders, helping them realize measurable return on investment from using Rogo’s solutions while contributing to overall company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, delivering consultative and tailored guidance.
  • Organize and lead quarterly business reviews and executive meetings to align goals and next steps.
  • Manage the full renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, stakeholder alignment, and minimizing churn risks.
  • Monitor customer engagement and health metrics, manage escalations, and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Develop strategic account plans including stakeholder mapping, key performance indicators, and joint action plans.
  • Identify opportunities based on customer data to upsell and increase revenue.
  • Engage users to foster advocacy and promote Rogo within their organizations.
  • Communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help refine the platform and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Preferably at least 2 years of front-office experience in top investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund environments.
  • Alternatively, 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success or account management within high-growth financial technology firms serving investment banking or similar markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and provide strategic insights to drive business results and improve operational processes.
  • Proficient in managing customer relationships, including negotiating renewals and upsells to maximize value.
  • Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly skilled in project management with strong organizational attention to detail.
  • Effective presentation skills, capable of clear communication both impromptu and via prepared materials.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to juggle multiple cross-functional priorities efficiently.
