About the Role
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Online Savings and Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. This Monday to Friday role involves providing exceptional customer service through various channels, resolving inquiries, and supporting our diverse range of products and services. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, making each day unique. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Investigate and manage customer issues, including complaints and potential fraud cases.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and banking procedures.
- Accurately process transactions, account requests, and general service tasks.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure clear written communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and risk/compliance guidelines.

Eligibility
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and possess a natural customer-centric approach. While prior call center or banking/finance experience is not mandatory due to our comprehensive training, a positive attitude is essential.
