Role overview

Louis Vuitton is hiring a client-centered and driven Client Advisor for its London boutiques. In this role, you will represent the brand on the shop floor, help clients discover the collections, and create memorable luxury experiences built on attentive service and long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet clients proactively and create a welcoming, high-end shopping environment.
  • Develop strong relationships through tailored interactions and an understanding of each client’s preferences and expectations.
  • Build detailed product knowledge across the range, including leather goods, apparel, accessories, and related categories, so you can confidently explain features, benefits, and the brand story.
  • Support achievement of individual and team sales goals through effective cross-selling and upselling.
  • Keep the sales area immaculate and ensure merchandise is presented in an attractive, premium manner.
  • Use CRM systems to record client details, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Follow up with clients by phone, email, and in-store appointments to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Take part in and support client events to help grow a loyal customer network.
  • Represent the brand with polished presentation, professionalism, and a strong enthusiasm for luxury.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends, the luxury market, and competitor activity.
  • Serve as a positive example for new colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Follow company policies and procedures relating to sales, stock handling, inventory, and security.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with stock receipt, transfers, and inventory control when required.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury retail, strong client service instincts, and the confidence to work toward sales targets while maintaining excellent relationship management. You should communicate clearly, interact comfortably with a diverse clientele, and bring a genuine interest in luxury fashion, art, and culture.

Additional requirements and working style

This position calls for outstanding organisation, close attention to detail, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of multiple languages will be considered an advantage.
