About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cleaning Technician to execute restoration services, manage equipment, and provide comprehensive support to project teams from initiation to completion. This role involves direct customer interaction and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and load vehicles with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each assignment, ensuring a clean and organized vehicle and workspace.
- Prepare work areas by staging and setting up equipment.
- Execute restoration processes according to established procedures and directives.
- Handle the packing and processing of customer contents, including furniture, clothing, and documents, utilizing ICAT systems for tracking.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient restoration workflows.
- Conduct thorough cleanup and breakdown of job sites at the end of each day and project, ensuring an orderly environment.
- Maintain an organized warehouse, including cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse, office, and grounds as needed.
- Develop proficiency in various restoration services, cleaning agents, and equipment.
- Undertake other assigned duties as required.
Customer Support & Communication
- Maintain professional and clear communication with supervisors, team members, and clients.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through consistent delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is advantageous.
- Possess a strong work ethic and effective oral communication abilities.
- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check, in accordance with legal provisions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Capacity to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying tasks.
- Comfortable working with or around cleaning products and chemicals.
- Flexibility to travel locally and out of state when necessary.

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $19.00.
