Role Overview
Infinity Group is seeking a Cleaning Team Lead in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. This is a hands-on on-site role for someone who enjoys hospitality, team leadership, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for guests and residents.
Key Duties
- Guide the housekeeping crew and support them in delivering high-quality cleaning and service.
- Coach, encourage, and supervise housekeepers so work meets company expectations.
- Check client areas and shared spaces to confirm they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Organize daily assignments and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to keep work flowing without interruptions.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve issues quickly to preserve a safe and pleasant setting.
- Work directly with the team on cleaning tasks; this position requires active fieldwork.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- A valid authorization to work in Canada.
- At least 3 years of housekeeping experience, ideally in hospitality.
- Proven leadership ability along with good organization and coordination skills.
- Careful attention to detail and a proactive, practical working style.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to drive is preferred, and holding a driver’s licence is an added advantage.
