Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to oversee daily operations within the department. Based in Leyton, this permanent full-time role involves leading by example, supporting colleagues, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Manage stock and assist with onboarding new team members.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for resolving issues on the sales floor.
- Collaborate closely with your manager to enhance team performance and morale.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in retail or a customer-facing role.
- Strong desire to take responsibility and support colleagues.
- Effective communicator with a positive, can-do outlook.
