Role overview
Civeo Australia is looking for an accomplished Cleaning Manager to join its Western Australia operations team. In this position, you will oversee cleaning activities across the organisation’s village portfolio, providing leadership and day-to-day management to ensure services remain safe, efficient, and consistently high in quality.
The roster for this role is five days on and two days off. It involves frequent travel across Western Australia to support village teams, guide supervisors and staff, and maintain strong standards across housekeeping, general facilities, and mine site cleaning.
This is a key leadership role focused on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and reinforcing a strong safety-first culture across several locations.
About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in cleaning or hospitality operations who performs well in multi-site environments. You should be comfortable handling shifting priorities, managing teams in different locations, and building productive working relationships with site leaders and clients.
You will need to be highly organised, safety-conscious, and capable of balancing service delivery with compliance, quality, and cost control. A hands-on leadership style, clear communication, and a focus on team development are important for success in this role.
Key requirements
- Substantial background in hospitality, housekeeping, or site-based cleaning leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing operational teams across more than one location
- Solid understanding of HSQE legislation, cleaning standards, and compliance obligations
- Experience managing cleaning rosters, audits, and quality checks
- Working knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and related industry quality frameworks
- Ability to manage schedules and budgets effectively
- Strong administrative capability, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good understanding of chemicals, equipment, and inventory control
- Based in Perth and available for regular travel throughout Western Australia
- Current driver’s licence
