Role overview
This position plays a key part in supporting tenant wellbeing by keeping the property clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Key duties
- Keep entryways and corridors clean and presentable.
- Carry out end-of-month deep cleaning tasks, including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards.
- Attend pre-move-out and yearly inspections to prepare cleaning estimates.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting and replacing lights when needed.
- Assist with upkeep of the building’s exterior.
- Take on additional related duties as required.
Required knowledge and abilities
- Familiarity with a range of cleaning products and their use.
- Comfort using basic computer applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel between locations when needed.
Compensation and benefits
Pay begins at $19.20 per hour and may go up to $24.00 per hour depending on skills, education, and experience.
