This position plays a key part in supporting tenant wellbeing by keeping the property clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Key duties

• Keep entryways and corridors clean and presentable.
• Carry out end-of-month deep cleaning tasks, including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and yearly inspections to prepare cleaning estimates.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting and replacing lights when needed.
• Assist with upkeep of the building’s exterior.
• Take on additional related duties as required.

Required knowledge and abilities

• Familiarity with a range of cleaning products and their use.
• Comfort using basic computer applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations when needed.

Compensation and benefits

Pay begins at $19.20 per hour and may go up to $24.00 per hour depending on skills, education, and experience.
