Job description
Role Overview
As a Cleaner at Bishop Heights in Winnipeg, MB, you will play a key part in supporting tenant wellbeing by keeping shared spaces neat, sanitary, and welcoming. This position suits someone who values attention to detail and enjoys making a visible difference through a clean and orderly environment.
Key Duties
- Keep building entrances and hallways clean and presentable.
- Carry out month-end deep cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom areas, and cupboards.
- Take part in pre-move-out and annual inspections and prepare cleaning estimates.
- Handle minor repair tasks when needed, including touch-up painting and changing lights.
- Assist with general upkeep of the building exterior.
- Perform any additional duties needed to support the team.
What You Need
- Familiarity with a range of cleaning products and their proper use.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness and ability to travel between worksites as required.
Compensation and Benefits
Wages start at $16.80 per hour and may go up to $21.00 per hour, depending on your skills, education, and experience.
