Job Overview

The role involves performing cleaning duties to uphold the appeal of assigned apartment complexes and ensuring tenants receive excellent service. The position requires consistent attention to maintaining cleanliness in common areas and readiness of units after tenant departures.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of building common spaces through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, glass and chrome cleaning, carpet stain removal, and air freshener application.
• Prepare units for new residents by thoroughly cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows post move-out.
• Clean halls, air vents, lighting fixtures, emergency equipment, entrances, elevators, laundry, and office spaces.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including ground raking, snow removal, and salting walkways as necessary.
• Manage waste by emptying garbage bins and cleaning around dumpster areas.

Requirements

• Completion of High School education or at least two years of relevant cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning agents and equipment is essential.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, push, pull, and navigate stairs.
