Role Summary

This full-time onsite position is based at Walmart Supercenter #3059, 244 Feather Ln, Canton, MS 39046, US. The role is centered on keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming so customers have a strong first and last impression.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this job is $19 to $32 per hour. The rate paid will meet or exceed the minimum wage required at the work location. In addition, the role may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Extra hourly premium pay may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can depend on the work schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed, and more than one premium may apply if eligibility conditions are met.

Job Overview

Janitorial associates help ensure customers leave with a positive impression by maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area. The focus is on supporting a clean and safe shopping environment.
