Role Overview
Zurich is looking for confident, energetic, and self-driven customer care professionals to join its Claims Call Center team starting in early August 2026. The position is fully remote, including the training period, which runs for 6 weeks and provides a complete introduction to the role.
Applicants must live in the United States, and the most suitable time zones for this role are CST, PST, and MST.
Key Duties
- Receive and process first notice of loss claim reports through Zurich’s phone and non-phone channels quickly and accurately.
- Handle complicated claims questions and issues, and decide when to escalate them or bring in additional support to ensure clear guidance for customers and coworkers.
- Work with internal teams and external contacts to share information, verify details, and close out questions or issues efficiently.
- Share observations and suggestions with the team to help improve customer service quality.
- Work in line with company procedures, risk controls, and compliance expectations.
Schedule and Work Setup
- This is an 8-hour shift scheduled within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.
- The role is entirely remote, and training is also completed from home.
- Employees may have the opportunity to earn overtime pay.

Work From Home Requirements

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Experience with data entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong data entry ability and typing speed of 32 words per minute or higher.
- Comfort using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to move efficiently between multiple browser windows and computer screens with accuracy.
- Good comprehension skills and a professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Insurance experience is an advantage.
