Position Overview

RBG is inviting expressions of interest for Urban Civil Engineers at various seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects within Saudi Arabia. The roles centered on integrated urban civil design encompass roads, grading, drainage, and utilities as part of extensive masterplanning and development initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of urban civil infrastructure, including roads, grading, drainage systems, and utilities.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams comprising planning, architecture, and utilities experts.
• Support all design phases from masterplanning concepts to detailed design development.
• Ensure adherence to local authority standards and project specifications.
• Manage stakeholders, clients, and internal project teams to achieve timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff, particularly in senior positions.
• Contribute to maintaining technical excellence and fostering innovation across projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience in urban civil infrastructure projects focusing on roads, utilities, grading, and drainage design.
• In-depth knowledge of masterplanning and integrated infrastructure design principles.
• Relevant experience in the Middle Eastern construction sector, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and other applicable design software tools.
• Strong communication skills coupled with efficient coordination capabilities.
• For senior roles: proven leadership abilities, project management skills, and client/stakeholder engagement experience.
