Civil Engineer - Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Project Engineer specializing in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage the construction processes of residential and commercial real estate projects at our Ramagundam location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction activities comprehensively, from foundation laying and RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures through to finishing and project handover stages.
• Manage various construction tasks including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, installation of doors/windows, and external site works.
• Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings accurately on site.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality control, work progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform site measurements, maintain comprehensive site documentation, and track construction activities against planned schedules.
• Identify site-related problems, coordinate corrective actions promptly, and guarantee timely project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of practical experience in residential and/or commercial building construction projects.
• Strong practical understanding of structural and finishing work in building construction.
• Excellent communication skills alongside ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage site activities efficiently.
• Preferred proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel software.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 25,000 and 35,000 INR.
