Role Overview
The Light is hiring a welcoming and energetic Cinema Team Member to join the team in Addlestone. This is a busy, guest-facing role where you’ll help keep the cinema running smoothly while making each customer visit enjoyable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests and helping them throughout their visit
- Handling till work and assisting with purchases
- Serving snacks, drinks, and food items from concessions and the kitchen
- Preparing screens and helping guests settle in for their film
- Keeping customer areas clean, safe, and organised
- Working closely with teammates to ensure efficient shift operations
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
About You
- You bring a positive, can-do approach to work
- You are friendly, helpful, and comfortable being part of a team
- You have an interest in film and cinema
- You are confident in a busy, customer-facing environment
- You can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- You are comfortable with physical tasks in a fast-moving setting
