Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to join our culinary team in Delhi-NCR. The role involves mastering the wok station and executing a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes including appetizers, dim sums, stir-fries, and main courses, all prepared according to set recipes.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly manage the wok cooking station to create diverse Chinese menu items.
- Perform daily mise en place tasks such as chopping ingredients, marinating meats, and crafting signature sauces from scratch.
- Deliver precise and rapid food preparation during live catering events, ensuring consistent quality and attractive plating under time constraints.
- Oversee inventory management for the Asian cuisine section to reduce food waste and enforce strict portion controls.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with health regulations at the cooking station.
