Position Overview

We are collaborating closely with senior leaders in the banking industry, as well as experts from institutional finance, private equity, family offices, private credit, and strategic capital markets, to enhance strategic partnerships and assist in the growth of the Pride of Dubai Investment Fund.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

The Chief Restructuring Officer will be responsible for managing complex restructuring initiatives involving distressed assets, handling non-performing loans (NPLs), special situation scenarios, debt restructuring, recovery processes, and conducting intricate negotiations with varied stakeholders within the banking sector.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have a documented history of steering restructuring and recovery projects, possessing sound expertise in the UAE's banking regulations, credit risk management, and insolvency laws.
