Chief Product & Technology Officer

Role Overview

Take a leading role in steering product and technology strategies alongside AI innovation at an executive level. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the development of scalable digital platforms and lead dynamic, high-achieving teams operating within a data-centric framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring prioritization and alignment with all stakeholders.
• Guide the organization's technical direction, setting standards for architecture, technology stack, scalability, system stability, and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop and implement AI strategies, making decisions regarding in-house development, acquisitions, or partnerships, with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
• Manage data, analytics, business intelligence, and operations to optimize performance, automation, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Steer and cultivate the overall organization encompassing Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams, overseeing culture, security protocols, budgeting, and relationships with external partners.

Experience & Expertise

• Proven track record in high-level leadership roles such as CPTO, CTO, or CPO, particularly within B2B2C digital platform companies.
• Comprehensive technical know-how in system architecture, DevOps, security measures, and integration of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong foundation in data governance, business intelligence, and organizational change management.
• Demonstrated capability to connect technological initiatives tightly with overarching corporate objectives.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
• Industry experience in health or wellbeing sectors will be considered a valuable asset.
