Role Overview

Serving as the Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, you will lead daily operations at hellocare ensuring the delivery of innovative virtual care solutions at scale and with excellence. This senior executive role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative, impactful organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience managing complex operations, ideally within healthcare, technology, or telehealth domains.
• Proven success in driving operational efficiency in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare operational challenges and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and directing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-centric approach to operational management.
• Experienced with operational management systems and healthcare technology platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related areas; advanced degree preferred.
