This engagement is for a fractional COO / profit improvement advisor based in Dubai. The offering is designed around a stage-specific diagnostic that helps business founders surface opportunities to improve margins, streamline operations, reduce dependency on the founder, and strengthen growth execution.
Rather than a conventional consulting assignment, this role lets you bring a structured diagnostic solution to your existing network while the core team manages the assessment, analysis, recommendations, and delivery.
