Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role overview

This full-time leadership position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires working from the office. The COO will own the company’s day-to-day operational performance, turning strategic priorities into practical execution and measurable results.

What you will do

• Steer daily operations and make sure business activities stay aligned with overall company objectives.
• Run planning processes that convert strategy into clear action plans and accountable execution.
• Review and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate systems, teams, and resources so they support business goals effectively.
• Lead collaboration across departments and keep cross-functional work moving smoothly.
• Track key performance indicators and use them to guide operational decisions and improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement across processes, delivery standards, and internal performance.
• Work with senior leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and risk control.
• Encourage an ethical, innovative, and accountable workplace culture.

Requirements

The role calls for strong experience in business planning and operations leadership, along with the ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and guide teams at a senior level. Experience in technology-led or AI-oriented organizations is a strong advantage.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a similar discipline is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is considered a plus.
