Job description
Role Overview
The Chief Information Officer will set the technology direction for the organization and ensure it stays tightly connected to business priorities, expansion plans, and long-term goals. This leadership position will guide digital modernization across core functions while building a secure, scalable, and future-ready technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s enterprise technology strategy and roadmap in line with overall business vision and growth objectives.
- Lead the enterprise ERP agenda, including deployment and stabilization of the latest SAP release across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Leasing, and Inventory Management to strengthen the digital backbone.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives by building a unified digital platform, introducing emerging technologies, and embedding proven industry practices across the organization.
- Drive operational improvement programs across Construction, Operations, CRM, and business process redesign, with a focus on turning technology investments into measurable business value.
- Manage and develop the IT and Digital Transformation team, strengthening capability, organizational design, and future talent pipelines.
- Own the enterprise data security and data leakage prevention strategy, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Ensure organization-wide compliance with data privacy laws and statutory obligations, and institutionalize regular ITGC reviews and governance controls.
- Plan, control, and optimize the IT budget, while improving ROI from technology spend and standardizing the IT infrastructure and network environment.
- Act as a primary technology partner to management, internal teams, sales, customer service, and customers, ensuring initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Assess and deploy advanced technologies such as AI/ML, cloud, automation, and analytics to improve competitiveness and readiness for the future.
