Role overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a private equity-backed professional services business in the South East of England. The company is a specialist B2B consulting provider with annual revenue of around £20 million. It has expanded through acquisition and is preparing for a planned exit within the next 18 months, with further acquisition activity likely both before and after that transaction under a new financial sponsor.
What the role calls for
- A track record as a CEO in an entrepreneurial business, with clear success in driving strong revenue growth and improving EBITDA.
- Hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, including post-deal integration.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or another white-collar B2B environment.
- Previous exposure to a private equity-backed exit process.
- Availability to start quickly, ideally immediately or within a few months.
