Position Summary

As Madison Brook embarks on a period of growth, they are seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization. The CEO will work closely with the Executive Chairman and Board, taking full responsibility for managing performance, leadership, and ongoing development of the business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced business leader passionate about organizational development and driving measurable growth. They possess strong commercial awareness, operational expertise, and the ability to balance entrepreneurial innovation with disciplined execution. Integrity-driven leadership and a culture-focused mindset are essential.

  • Proven leadership of a business or major division with annual revenues between £10 million and £20 million.
  • Complete profit and loss management experience.
  • A demonstrated history of revenue growth, profitability enhancement, and scaling operations.
  • Experience building and leading senior management teams.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
  • Leadership style combining accountability with coaching and talent development.
  • Experience in sectors such as property, construction, facilities management, housing, infrastructure, or regeneration is preferred but not mandatory.
